Terms of Sale
This shop is operated by TG11 LLC ("we", "us"). Buying here, or using the site, means you accept these terms.
1. Orders
- An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it and start production — not when the page says thank you.
- We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full: pricing or stock errors, a design we can no longer print, a delivery address we cannot ship to, or a payment we cannot verify.
- Every item is made to order. Check your size and your design choice before paying; once production starts, an order cannot be changed.
- Colours on a screen are not exactly the colours on fabric, and print placement varies slightly between garments. That is normal for printed apparel, not a defect.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are in USD and exclude shipping unless stated. Taxes are added where required.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe, PayPal or Fox Pay. We never see or store your card number.
- Your bank or wallet may add its own fees or conversion rate.
- An order is only paid when the payment provider confirms it. A returning browser is not a confirmation.
3. Shipping
- Production takes a few business days before an item ships; transit time is on top of that and depends on the destination.
- Shipping is charged by destination and method at checkout, and is free over 100.00 USD.
- The address you enter is the address we print on the label. Tell us the same day if it is wrong; after that the parcel is on its way.
- Import duties and customs charges on international orders are yours to pay.
- Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, tell us and we will chase the carrier and make it right.
4. Returns and refunds
Made-to-order goods are exempt from most distance-selling cooling-off rights, so this is what we offer instead, and we mean it:
- Wrong, damaged or faulty item: tell us within 30 days of delivery with photos, and we replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. No need to send it back unless we ask.
- Print defects — misprints, peeling, wrong colour, wrong size printed — count as faulty. Normal wear, wash damage and ordinary variation do not.
- Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind: we are not obliged to take it back, and usually cannot resell it. Ask anyway — if production has not started we will cancel and refund, and if it has we will tell you honestly what we can do.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used, and take a few days to appear.
- Nothing here limits a statutory right you have as a consumer where you live.
5. Your account
Keep your password safe, and do not use somebody else's card. We may suspend an account used for fraud, chargeback abuse or reseller scraping.
6. Using the site
Product photos, designs and text are ours or our licensors'. Do not copy the designs onto your own merchandise. The guidelines cover the rest.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided "as is"; products come and go, and a listing is not a promise of perpetual availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version and date at the top change when we do. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's primary jurisdiction in the United States, except where non-waivable local consumer law says otherwise.
