Guidelines

Effective: 2026-09-14 · Last updated: 2026-09-14 · Version 1.0

A shop does not need a rulebook the length of a social network's. These are the few things that matter, and what happens when they are ignored.

Ordering in good faith

  • Use a payment method that belongs to you, and a delivery address you are entitled to use.
  • Do not dispute a charge with your bank as a substitute for asking us — a chargeback on an order we would happily have refunded costs us the goods and a fee, and gets the account blocked.
  • Do not place orders you intend to cancel, or reorder to game a discount or a free-shipping threshold.
  • Buying to resell is fine at small scale; bulk scraping of stock and pricing is not.

The designs

  • The artwork on these garments is ours or licensed to us. Buy the hoodie, not the right to reprint it.
  • Do not copy product photos or descriptions onto another storefront.
  • If you believe a design infringes your rights, email [email protected] with proof of ownership and the listing URL; we take the listing down while we look.

Talking to us

  • Support is a person. Be as rude as you like about the product; abuse aimed at the person reading gets the conversation ended.
  • Send photos with a defect report — it is almost always the fastest route to a replacement.
  • Do not send us your full card number, and never the CVV. We will never ask for either.

The site itself

  • No scraping, credential stuffing, or automated ordering.
  • No probing for vulnerabilities against the live shop. If you find one, tell us at [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it, give us a reasonable chance to fix it, and do not touch other people's orders while you look.

What happens when this goes wrong

In proportion, and with an explanation: a refused order, a refunded and cancelled order, a blocked account, and — for fraud or theft — a report to the payment provider and, where warranted, the authorities.
