Frequently asked questions

How long until my order arrives?

Every item is printed after you order it, so allow a few business days for production and then the carrier's transit time on top. You get a shipping notice with tracking when it leaves.

How much is shipping?

It depends on where it is going and which method you pick — the exact figure appears at checkout before you pay. It is free over 100.00 USD.

Do you ship internationally?

Where a rate shows at checkout, yes. Import duties and customs charges are the buyer's to pay.

How do I pay?

Stripe, PayPal, or Fox Pay — our own payment layer, which can also settle a crypto invoice. Card details go to the payment provider, never to the shop.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If production has not started, yes — email us the same day with the order number. Once it is in production it cannot be changed, because there is now a garment with your design on it.

What if it arrives wrong or damaged?

Tell us within 30 days with photos and we replace it or refund it in full, shipping included. Misprints, peeling, the wrong size printed and the wrong item are all on us.

Can I return it because it does not fit?

Made-to-order items cannot generally be resold, so there is no automatic right of return. Ask anyway — if we can help, we will, and the terms spell out exactly where we stand. Checking the size guide before ordering is the reliable fix.

Where is my tracking?

In the shipping notice, and on your orders page if you have an account. Tracking can take a day to start moving after it is issued.

Do I need an account?

No, but an account keeps your order history and addresses. You can also sign in with your TG11 account if you have one.

I do not recognise a charge.

Check the descriptor — it may read as the payment provider rather than the shop. Sign in and look at your orders, then write to support with the amount, date and last four digits and we will identify it.

Are these the same items as on Etsy?

Some designs are listed there too. A purchase there is governed by that marketplace's policies; a purchase here is governed by ours.

How should I wash it?

Inside out, cold, gentle cycle, and keep it out of the tumble dryer if you want the print to last. Printed apparel dislikes heat more than anything else.
