About the shop

TG11 Shop sells custom-printed apparel — hoodies and pullovers, made to order rather than pulled off a shelf.

How an order actually works

1. You pick a design and a size and pay at checkout.
2. The order goes to the print partner who produces that item.
3. They print it, pack it and ship it to you; tracking follows when it leaves.

Because each item is made after you order it, production takes a few days before shipping starts — and it is also why returns work differently than they would for something kept in a warehouse.

Paying

Checkout runs through Stripe, PayPal, or Fox Pay — our own payment layer, which in turn routes to a card provider or a crypto invoice. Whichever you pick, the card details are entered with the payment provider, never with the shop: there are no card numbers in this system.

Accounts

You can check out with an account or sign in with your TG11 account — the same identity used across the other TG11 services. An account keeps your order history and addresses; the shop keeps its own data either way.

Some designs are also listed on Etsy. Buying there is a purchase from that marketplace under their policies; buying here is a purchase from us under these terms.
