What this page checks
That the application is up and its database responds. It reports a summary on purpose — detailed diagnostics stay in the operator's tooling.
What it cannot tell you
Whether a payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Fox Pay) or the print and shipping partner is having a bad day. A checkout that fails at the payment step, or a parcel that has not moved, will not show up here — the provider's own status page will.
If a payment looked like it failed
Check your orders before paying again: an order is marked paid when the provider's signed confirmation arrives, which can lag the browser by a minute. If you do end up charged twice, tell us and we refund the duplicate — support.
