Privacy Policy
This shop is operated by TG11 LLC. Selling physical goods means handling a name and an address, so here is exactly what exists, where it goes, and how to get rid of it.
1. What we never hold
Card numbers, CVVs and bank credentials. Card details are entered with Stripe, PayPal or Fox Pay on their own pages. What comes back to us is a payment reference and, at most, a card brand and last four digits on your order.
2. What we store
- Order data: what you bought, the price, the order number, its status, and the payment reference.
- Shipping and billing addresses, and the name and phone number on them.
- Account data if you make one: email address, password hash, saved addresses, order history — or a link to your TG11 account if you sign in that way.
- Cart contents, tied to your session so the cart survives a page reload.
- Correspondence you send us about an order.
- Operational data: IP address, user agent and server logs.
3. Who else sees it
- The payment provider you chose — Stripe, PayPal or Fox Pay — receives the amount and an order reference and handles the payment leg under their own policy.
- The print and fulfilment partner receives what is needed to make and ship your parcel: the item, the size, your name and your delivery address.
- The carrier receives the delivery address to deliver it.
- Our email provider sends order confirmations and shipping notices.
- TG11 Accounts, for sign-in only, if you use it.
Nothing is sold to anyone, there is no advertising network on this site, and we do not build profiles for marketing. Beyond the list above, information is shared only where the law requires it or to investigate fraud.
4. Cookies
A session cookie to keep your cart and sign-in, a CSRF token for security, and your light/dark theme choice in local storage. No advertising or analytics cookies.
5. How long we keep it
- Orders and their payment references: kept for the period tax and accounting rules require — expect years. These are the records that prove what you bought and what you paid.
- Account and address data: while your account exists.
- Carts: cleared after a period of inactivity.
- Server logs: a short operational window. Backups: rolling.
6. Your controls
- Edit or delete saved addresses and change your email in your account.
- Email [email protected] for a copy of your data, a correction, or to close your account. We will delete the account and its addresses; the order records behind it are kept where the law requires, and we will tell you which is which.
- Marketing email, if we ever send any, always carries an unsubscribe link. Order confirmations and shipping notices are not marketing and cannot be turned off while an order is open.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed, the site is served over HTTPS, payment credentials never reach us, and payment confirmation comes from the provider's signed webhook rather than from the browser. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we will tell you.
8. Children
The shop is not intended for children. If you are under the age of majority where you live, order with a parent or guardian's involvement.
9. Where it runs
The shop runs on servers in the United States; payment and fulfilment partners may process data elsewhere.
